ATLANTA – A woman says she was knocked unconscious at a Charli XCX concert in Atlanta after a man allegedly attacked her over a pair of underwear launched into the crowd. The woman, who goes by Aubree on TikTok, said she was later diagnosed with a concussion and a mild brain injury. She is now asking concertgoers to help identify the man she accuses of assaulting her. Her videos recounting the alleged attack have drawn strong reactions online.
Underwear Cannon Grab Turns Into Alleged Assault at Charli XCX Show
Aubree said underwear cannons fired pairs into the audience during the show, and she caught a black pair. Someone behind her tried to pull it from her hand, and she heard the fabric tear.
She alleged the person then grabbed the back of her head and threw her to the ground. She lost consciousness and later woke up convulsing, saying she had no control over her body.
Concussion and Mild Brain Injury Diagnosed After Hospital Visit
Security carried Aubree out of the crowd to the medical area while her sister helped keep her calm. She was left with missing hair where she was pulled and a hematoma on the back of her head.
She was hospitalized and diagnosed with a concussion and a mild brain injury. Aubree said she also believes the experience has left her with PTSD.
Footage From Fans Helps Narrow Search for Group of Men
In follow-up videos, Aubree said concertgoers sent her footage, including a clip of the incident. She said she was searching for a group of three to four men dressed mostly in black with neon accessories.
One source claimed the men joked about the incident and bragged about taking the underwear after security carried her away. Aubree later said she believed she had identified the men and shared a photo of one of them.
Viewers Demand Accountability as Concert Safety Concerns Grow
Many viewers reacted with outrage and offered support, urging others to help find those involved. Some suggested Aubree pursue legal action against the venue to help secure footage from that night.
The case has also sparked wider discussion about women’s safety at concerts. No arrests or charges have been reported, and it remains unclear what steps Aubree will take next.
